Having stayed in a haunted house for five days, I can confirm that ghosts do exist. I now have video evidence of that fact and am in the process of writing a book about my exploration into the world of the paranormal. There are still quite a few questions that need answering, not least of which is how they are able to interact with me on a physical level.

This is day six and I’ve yet to see any activity during the daylight hours. The night before was the most exciting time of my life. It also produced questions that have stumped me. For some reason I was able to see the ghosts during their excited stage, more clearly in the light of the moon than at any other time. After doing some research I found out two things about the moon, although neither one of them really helps me. First, it was the second full moon of the month, which is known as a ‘Blue Moon,’ and secondly, the moonlight is diffuse. This meant that the light isn’t as severe or as intense as that of the sun or a light bulb.

This all got me thinking that perhaps ghosts could only be seen when the lighting is poor or at best dim. I went out earlier today to buy some new gadgets. I needed a couple more video cameras and some specialized sound equipment. I’d set these things up in various places and was all ready for another night. I felt extremely tired when it came time for bed and I hoped that in the morning I would have captured maybe a few sounds or filmed something in the corridors. Everything was set up to trip if sounds or movements were detected; I just had to turn it on.

I think I fell asleep within a minute of hitting the pillow and that’s when the second dream came along. In this dream, I was awoken by the same person who woke me the last time and told to follow him. I did and he led me into the secret room again, only this time there seemed to be some kind of ritual going on. I could see a pentagram on the floor in the center of the room, with candles placed at all the various points within the pattern.

People were surrounding it, both men and women and they were chanting something. I then witnessed something materializing from the middle of the pentagram and knew as soon as I saw it, that it was a demon. It talked to all of the people in the room about the bargain, and then all but told me everything I needed to know.

“Remember, as long as you are within these walls, you will enjoy sexual pleasures for the rest of eternity. All that we ask, is that you do not break our pact and that you give us one sacrifice every year for the next ten years,” it said.

At that point, a sacrifice was brought forth and to my horror, I discovered that it was a child.
